Not always available in some countries but imperative in many British Christmas recipes and others … Halve quantities if this is too much.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon quality ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground allspice
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoons ground coriander
3/4 teaspoon ground mace

Just mix all together in a bowl, save in an airtight jar and use according to your chosen recipe.
